Merry, as many are setting New Year's Resolutions, I am grateful that your motivation and encouraging follow up with me has been the primary reason I have worked out regularly for the past five years. Thank you.
I have been lucky to have Merry as my personal trainer for 3 years. She is very energetic, motivational, and informative. A variety of exercises is the key to keeping in shape and she is always showing me new weight exercises, circuit routines and boot camps. She tracks my progress and always has new tips for diet and workouts. I was a runner for many years before I met Merry, but she has strengthened my legs to make me a faster and stronger runner. My upper body has never been more toned!
